Do you plan to support kmip2.0 and kmip3.0？

Not immediately.
Most of the soft that support KMIP use the version 1.x, that's why we first focused on those versions.
To my knowledge the support of KMIP 2.0 and 3.0 is not planned yet, as we had no demand at all for it.

We wish to implement it at some point in time, but it's not planned yet as @ldesauw stated.

However, the library is designed so that it's quite easy to implement additional major protocol versions without breaking compatibility with previous ones. But doing so would be a bit time consuming, especially since the 2.0+ specification documents are harder to browse as for some reasons they removed cross sections links from the docs.

The biggest change in the spec that would need a bit more thinking before implementing 2.0 is around kmip attributes encoding

KMIP 3.0 defines a post quantum cryptographic algorithm, and I believe there is a demand for it
