Behaviour
Steps to reproduce this issue
- Download and extract Brave Portable to a network drive accessible in a Citrix full desktop mode environment.
- Configure the brave-portable.yaml file with the necessary arguments to disable GPU acceleration.
- Attempt to launch Brave Portable using brave-portable.exe.
Expected behaviour
Brave Portable should launch and run successfully with GPU acceleration disabled, allowing for regular web browsing.
Actual behaviour
The application fails to launch with the following errors:
Cannot import registry key error="reg file \\<network-path>\Downloads\Portable Apps\brave-portable\reg\BraveSoftware.reg not found" Cannot import registry key error="reg file \\<network-path>\Downloads\Portable Apps\brave-portable\reg\Brave-Browser-Development.reg not found" ... [ERROR:gpu_process_host.cc(991)] GPU process launch failed: error_code=18 [ERROR:gpu_data_manager_impl_private.cc(448)] GPU process isn't usable. Goodbye. Command failed error="exit status 0x80000003"
