Auto deploy to staging

We will manually deploy to prod after confirming there are no problems, but we set up auto deploy to staging so we can easily test. This has already been set up but is failing.

@pollygee yep got it - i think some CI secret names may have changed or something..

@pollygee first pass - this looks like it revolves around a trailing space in the STAGING_SERVER_IP GH Actions Secrets. I'm not sure the variable, as well as steps in the staging yml around known hosts are needed anymore, as the prod yml doesn't have an equivalent. also noted we don't have a static IP in lightsail, so the server IP would be dynamic.

should i rework the staging yml to match what prod does?
